EMS-Training is a fast, efficient, full body workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. All training sessions are guided by a certified personal trainer and each session is tailored to help every person reach their goal.

Full body EMS training with the miha-bodytec boosts physical performance in a variety of ways.

Training times are shortened and success is maximized.
